For the first time we were able to deploy entire Deathwing, Ravenwing or Battle company armies. This attribute has remained embedded in the codex through to the foruth edition. |

Honoured here for his creation "Deathwing". This novel captures the spirit of the Dark Angels and has been the fluff bible for the Dark Angel players over three versions of the game. This was the first Dark Angel related novel and set the basic spiritual standard for the gamers to emulate. One can only hope that he may delve in to the Dark Angel background once again. |

This is the first complete novel based on the Dark Angels and brilliantly exposes the inner psyche and turmoil of the Dark Angels and their chapter. The novel exposes the inner conflict amongst the Dark Angels and the mindset of the fallen. It has also created much discussion amongst players and is a master piece and a must read novel for all Dark Angel players. |
