This section contains details of specific units of unforgiven chapters that have gained fame and awe amongst the guardians of the Emperor's realms. Although the most well known and much feared units are the "Deathwing" and Ravenwing" companies of the Dark Angels, described in this section are other more secretive units, organizations as well as more common strike forces that had achieved particular acclaim from specific battlefield achievements. Most of these are based on player submissions while some are based on known 40K background produced by GW. Where the unit histories are taken from existing GW fiction, their description is written by myself with referenceto the original material.
