Ravenwing Bike Squadron Alpha Squadron Alpha is the premier Ravenwing formation attached to "Strike Force Vendetta", it's warriors and Veteran Sergeant Zaharial personally chosen by Grand Master of the Ravenwing Gabriel, himself. The two flamers wielded by the squad have been much praised by Ciaphas for their devastating effect on the Traitor Guard encountered during the purging of the Carthusia sub-sector. |
Ravenwing Bike Squadron Beta Beta Squadron and its plasma guns has been a much neglected unit in the service of "Strike Force Vendetta" since one disastrous battle where both guns simultaneously overheated, killing the marines using them, thus rendering the squadron incapable of securing and holding ground in sufficient force. The current sergeant, Malachia, has attempted to increase the venting capacity in cooperation with Brother Haifon. |
Ravenwing Attack Bike Squadron Primus Squadron Primus is the longest serving Ravenwing unit in the strike force, and their heavy firepower has been the key to many of the victories enjoyed by Master Ciaphas. Their speed and devastating heavy bolters have dazed and confounded the enemy, and made it possible for the remainder of the "Strike Force Vendetta" to close with and kill the enemy. |
Ravenwing Landspeeder Squadron Talon Talon Squadron, so named after the Landspeeder Tornado which makes up one half of the squadron, is the highly praised forward reconnaissance unit attached to Master Ciaphas' command. Their firepower on the field of battle is also in high regard, and whenever battle is joined, they are sure to be there somewhere, lurking for the right moment to unleash death and destruction. |
Ninth Devastator Squad Brother-Sergeant Hezekiah is perhaps the oldest member of the strike force, disregarding Venerable Brother Isiah and Brother Balac. His wisdom is often sought by Master Ciaphas and his knowledge about the missile launchers which his squad is equipped with is unsurpassed. It is due to his fire support that many engagements against the Eldar of Rhiadan have led to victory for the forces of the Dark Angels, and it is due to him that many of the Battle-Brothers are still alive today. |
Whirlwind Lion's Wrath Lion's Wrath is an ancient and highly valued machine of war. It is lovingly attended to by Techmarine Haifon, who values it far more than is usual for the adepts of the Machine God. Its devastating Vengeance ordinance has often broken up both Eldar formations as well as Traitor Guard gun lines, enabling the other Battle-Brothers to close the gap to the enemy and bring home an assault and a victory. |
