Fallen Lord
The Loyalist Fallen army must be led by a Fallen Lord who has the same profile as the Space Marine Caommander in Codex Space Marines. He follows all the rules for Loyalist Fallen.
Loyalist Fallen Command Squad
A Loyalist Fallen Command Squad may accompany any HQ characters in to battle.

Squad: Sergeant and between 4 and 9 Fallen Space Marines.

Options:  One Fallen may take an Autocannon (+10pts), Heavy Bolter, Lascannon or a Missile Launcher for the points cost in Codex Space Marines. (See Special Rules) May replace a Lascannon for a plasma cannon at no additional cost OR up to one Fallen may also take a Flamer, Meltagun, Plasma Gun or a Plasma Pistol Codex Space Marines. If not armed with a special weapon they may take 25pts of wargear.

Transport Vehicle:  The entire squad maybe mounted in a rhino or a Land Raider taken as a Heavy Support choice at the cost listed in Codex Space Marines.

Loyalist Fallen:  See special rules above.

Due to the lack of Fallen leaders, a Fallen command squad of a sergeant and 4 marines may be taken as a second HQ choice.

0 - 1 Venerable Dreadnought
Additional Rules:

Old and Wise: Venerable Dreadnoughts are revered, ancient warriors who are extremely wise in the ways of war. If a Fallen army includes one then it may re-roll the dice if the mission being played has a dice roll to see who gets the first turn.

Hard to kill:  Venerable Dreadnoughts are extraordinarily tenacious.  To represent this, when the Venerable Dreadnought takes a glancing or penetrating hit, you may force your opponent to re-roll the resulting damage. You must accept the result of the second roll.

Loyalist Fallen:  See special rules above.

Blades of Reason
Interrogator Chaplains only (30 points)

The Blades of Reason is a horrific weapon and tool, which is also the symbol of office of an Interrogator-Chaplain as opposed to a normal Dark Angel Chaplain. It is primarily a tool of torture that induces unimaginable pain and is used in interrogations. However it can also be very effectively used in close combat.

Power Weapon: For all intents and purposes it is a one-handed power weapon.

Neural Agony: A single wound inflicted by the blades cause such tremendous neural agony that the opponent (if not killed) is incapacitated for a whole turn and may do nothing (that is for the current & the next assault phases), which includes no shooting, moving or close combat.

Horrific Death: If a model is killed in close combat using the Blades, the horrific nature of  death due to the effects of the blades devastates the morale of any companions of the victim to such an extent, that the squad the victim is with must immediately take a morale test. If they fail they are deemed to have lost the assault, if not combat goes on as usual.
