Scenario Overview:

While the Dark Angels fought a holding action in Kadillus and slowly began the task of reclaiming the city, scouts were dispatched by Master Belial eastward of the Koth Ridge to assess enemy strength. After pushing aside light screening forces the Dark Angel scouting forces ran headlong in to the full might of Nazdregs advance on Koth Ridge. Heavily outnumbered and outgunned the scouting forces had no choice but to cut and run towards Koth Ridge. Few made it back.
Scenario Special Rules:

Infiltrators, Reserves, Force Restriction and Random Game length.

Set Up:

1. Each player rolls a D6 and the winner chooses a long table edge.
2. The ork player rolls a D6 for every troop choice in his army, and on a 4+ may deploy that unit on the board up to 12" from his board edge.
3. All other ork forces come in as reserves.
4. Dark Angel player deploys all his forces.
5. Dark Angels get first turn.
Dark Angels Briefing:

The Dark Angel force may only led by a single leader as the HQ choice. (No Grandmaster, chaplain, or librarian allowed) No EL or HS choices are available. Your force must contain atleast as many scout squads as tactical squads. FA choices may be taken as normal.

Scenario Special Rule: Force Restriction:

The Dark Angels forces may not contain more than one unit of Deathwing or 2 units of ravenwing attached to them They may also not take Landraiders of any descriptions as these would not be deployed on a routine recruitment mission.

The Ork forces are hamstrung by the inability to deploy their heavy weaponry from the Scylla to Piscina IV due to the restrictions of the teleporter technology. Hence they may not take any Battlewagons or Looted vehicles
