This section is an archive of the history of the game of warhammer 40,000 from its inception at the hands of Rick Priestly in 1988 to the present day. I have presented it from a collector's point of view by showcasing only those game sets, box sets, models and books that I have in my possession. Suffice to say that the hobby of Wh40K in all its guises is one of my passions and I thought a little showing off wouldn't do any harm. Presented here in the various subsections are the core game systems which are all based on the Wh40K universe. I have presented them as a short review with a few images to provide the younger and newer entrants to our hobby with some background to the development and evolution of the game. Taken in its most fundamental guise, this section is also where I get to show off my hard earned and very personal collection of the games, books and rare models in 40K. |
