Segmentum Obscurus The segmentum which saw the rise and fall of the eldar races, and the consequential place of birth of the youngest Chaos God Slanesh and the consequential destruction of the majority of the Eldar race. The site of maximum concentration of the Eldar civilisation, where the psychic energies produced by the birth of Slaanesh were at it's maximum resulted in the overlap of realspace and warpspace. Known as the Eye of terror, this is the hub of Chaos infiltration and expeditions in to the Imperium, making it the most battle scarred Segmentum in the Galaxy. |
