Grand Master Hadrian Grand Master Hadrian has been Master of the Deathwing for only a short time. A skilled and intuitive warrior, what he lacks in the wisdom and tactical cunning typical of previous Deathwing Masters, he makes up for in spirit and vigour. Despite those in the Inner Circle who question the abilities of Master Hadrian, Chapter Master Azrael is confident that the relatively young member of the Deathwing will mature into a capable commander for the Dark Angels. Master Hadrian's gear is adopted from newer Tactical Dreadnought Armour designs, and allows him to wield the two-handed Angelis Claymore (Sword of Secrets).His armour also incorporates a Plasma combi-weapon. |
Epistolary Melchior As an experienced libarian, Epistolary Melchior has served as advisor for numerous Masters and accompanied their troops tobattle. He saw himself as the most logical choice to guide Master Hadrian through his first campaigns, and their personalities,although conflicting at times, complement each other to devastating effect on the battlefield. When he joins his brethrenin battle, Melchior is armed with a storm bolter and force axe. |
Command Squad Hadrian The venerable honour guard which has accompanied the grandmaster for many hundred years is mde up of such experienced veterans that their ability in vicious close combat is unsurpassed within the company. Armed mostly for close in combat in confined spaces their firepower is supplemented by a single assault cannon. |
