Strike Force Angelus Mortiferus Pinnatus As the thirteenth black crusade began to wash up on the shores of imperial space many unusual occurrences took place. The gargantuan sinews of the imperial might began to flex slowly. Vast armies of the imperium's mighty warriors, the space marines arrived to halt the foul tide of Abaddon. The unforgiven chapters gathered like angels under the supreme command of Grandmaster Azrael, concentrating in strengths comparable to the days of the old legions. Strike Force Angelus Mortiferus Pinnatus was one such force assigned missions of secrecy within the Cadian system. |
Grandmaster Toddius Grandmaster Toddius of the Angels of Absolution chapter was given command of this Crusade task force consisting of elements from all of the major unforgiven chapters. Toddius was always accompanied by his most trusted aids who formed his command squad and were mounted on their personal rhino command vehicle. |
Command Squad Toddius The highly complex nature of the multi-chapter crusade force meant that the sophisticated equipment built within the command vehicle was used extensively. The command squads apothecary and techmarine were in premium demand during the campaign. |
