It won best painted at a Rogue Trader in the Fort Collins Hobbytown in September of 2000. It was awarded best army at Genghis Con in February of 2002 and again in February of 2003, and also at a Rogue Trader at Gamer's Haven in November of 2002. Strike Force Malachi A strike force created from the units of the fourth company of the Dark Angels chapter, Strike Force malachi is led by the company commander. Having performed distinguished service in Segmentum Tempestus they returned to the Cadian sector as call to arms was sounded by the Supreme Grandmaster. |
Command Squad Malachi Malachi was found leading the contingent in to some of the thickest and most dire fighting that took place at the zenith of the cadian campaign. Such were the importance of some missions that the supreme grandmaster even lent his famed Lion Helm to malachi on occasion. Always accompanied by his stalwart lieutenants Jonah, Obidiah, Ezekiel and Joshua the grandmaster proved himself to be a master of the fluid battle |
Tactical Squad (II) Matthew Sergeant Matthew and veteran Peter lead the full strength second tactical squad. It is armed with a flamer and lascannon |
Tactical Squad (III) Thomas Sergeant Thomas and veteran Paul lead the third tactical squad armed similar to the second squad. |
Tactical Squad (IV) Silas Sergeant Silas and veteran Phillip led the fourth tactical squad to fame in the cadian campaign, destroying no less than three defilers during their deployment on Macharia. |
