The 3rd battle company is the most experienced of all the battle companies in the Dark Angels chapter. More often than not it is the experience of Master Beliels' company that is called upon to ensure the success of vital missions. Due to Master Belials current assignment in the Piscina System it is Grand Master Adonai of the 8th reserve company that frequently leads the company into battle. Following the major engagement in Piscina IV against the invading ork, the third company underwent refitting. Once replenished to full strength with replacements from the tenth company, they were assigned to clear a 2000 light year space around the Piscina system of ork infiltration. The company took upon the callsign of Strike Force Retaliation in memory of the battles on Piscina IV. |
GM of Librarians & Retinue The force was initially accompanied by none other than GM Ezekiel and a retinue of powerful librarians. The choir of librarians were chosen to enhance their ability to combat the high preponderence of ork weirdboyz present in the region. |
Tactical Squads At full strength the company contains six tactical squads each of ten men. Each is led by its respective sergeant and contains one each of special weapon and heavy weapon. Depicted here are the first four tactical squads. The squads are named after their respective sergeants. |
