WINNER Congratulations to Nathan Bishop as the overall winner of this very closely fought battle with a total score of 76.0% (22.8/30) By displaying an extremely well painted army in a well designed surroundings accompanied by a uniquely historical back ground not only for the whole army, but for every unit he has been awarded the Olympus Victor award as the winner of this first dark Angel competition held at the Fortress of the Unforgiven. The prize consisting of a Landraider MkIII kit, a forgeworld Helios kit and a forgeworld Dark Angel landraider door kit will be delivered by Thunderhawk Gunship to his door step shortly. INTRODUCTION The first annual Competition of the Fortress of the Unforgiven was announced on the 1st of march 2002 to commemorate the successful completion of the first year on the web. The competition closed for submissions on the on the 31st of August. A fantastic array of armies were submitted, which are now displayed in the Librarius Corona Intimus section. First Fortress Mega Contest March - August 2002

The aims of this competition was two fold. One was to encourage Dark Angel players out there to show case their armies on this site. These showcased armies have been a helpful resource and inspiration for newcomers to the hobby. More importantly I also wished to reward those who have spent considerable effort and time on their armies by way of a substantial prize for the  best selected and presented Dark Angel Army. (This includes Regular DA, Deathwing, Ravewnwing, DA successor or Fallen Armies) This was not a golden demon style competition. Participants will score for consistency across the whole army,  for creativity and simply putting in the effort for the background history.
