Laying down a withering hail of fire into the enemy as their fellow warriors in the close combat armed squads advance into the enemy's ranks. With two chain fists in the squad, they are also more than able to deal death to any vehicle that should be foolish enough to venture too close. Squad Lucius is usually deployed alongside a close-combat equiped squad to provide fire support and soften up any targets before engaging in close combat. |
Squad Nathaniel is armed primarily for close range fire support - literally! Armed with two heavy flamers and three storm bolters they can inflict horrendous casualties on lightly armoured troops. Also being armed with two chain fists means they can also take on vehicles and defensive structures with ease. |
